Recently, the Council for Affordable Health Coverage, of which Communicating for America is a member, sent a letter to Congressional leadership opposing binding arbitration for Medicare drugs. The collection of companies who supported the letter oppose arbitration as a means to address rising medical and drug costs because it will unnecessarily increase complexity and spending, while simultaneously delaying payment for drugs that could create access issues.
