For more than 25 years, Communicating for America has encouraged the exchange of ideas, culture and education through CA Education Programs (CAEP). CAEP sends Americans overseas to study agriculture, horticulture, enology, citrus, equine and turf management, and also brings international students to the United States to study.
These opportunities have served more than 20,000 young people — who consistently call the program “The most fantastic experience of my lifetime!”
CAEP participants have gone on to establish themselves as successful wine makers at world-famous wineries, horse trainers for derby winners, golf course managers and small business owners.

The CA Foundation is responsible for the development of CA Education Programs, which has affected the lives of more than 20,000 young people and more than 2,000 host families over the past 25 years. With the help of the foundation, CAEP provides special scholarship grants to several outbound education programs. Scholarship grants between $500 and $2,000 are awarded to young Americans to help cover basic costs of participating in various programs. Normal expenses include airfare, visa fees, related placement costs, fees paid to partner organizations for training seminars, and health insurance, if required.
